  • All Men Will Know

Some... er... many... well, ok almost ALL of you most likely don't know that I am secretly a big fan of Acappella music.  Now, my favorite a cappella group growing up was called, fittingly, "Acappella".  Their CD's basically don't exist any more which saddens me as I may never be able to collect their albums but I recently came across some of their stuff on Youtube.  Now, most of their best stuff is still nowhere to be found but I did at least find this!

Each of us should remind ourselves daily that we are living in such a way that all men may know the source of our strength and then ask ourselves what the source of our strength is every day.  Are we relying on our own strength or the all-surpassing strength, joy, and peace of The Living, Almighty God?

go acapella. =)  I'm a closeted barbershop quartet fan myself. but shhhh. don't tell anybody. hahaha

*reads rest of post*  truth spoken here!  yes, so that we do not boast; everything good that we have or do comes from above. amen!

you haven't updated this in ages.  i was just looking at the friends list on my site and saw two of the same picture of you and just started laughing. not sure why....just kind of cute to see two of you there in a row. haha.

@YouTOme - Haha Yeah, I should rotate the pic on this site.  It would be really funny if you were friended to my original Xanga (of course, it has literally ZERO friends as it was made before you automatically got the Xanga Team on your friends list.)  As for updating, I'm not sure when I'll get around to it.  Writing has been tough since my grandmother's death.  I'm slowly getting my inspiration back but it takes time I suppose.

@Matthew_6_33 -  i like this picture though. it's very handsome.  i wouldn't mind seeing your original xanga just to see what you were like.  yeah, don't worry about updating if you're not up for it. i totally understand that. just take care of yourself Matt. one day at a time.  i had a horrible time getting over my great-grandmother (we called her Oma).  She lived with us until her dying day and she only spoke German, but she was my constant companion, and I think instrumental to my being saved b/c she used to hold German Bible studies at our house, and that was always a very special time for me. I will never forget her, and will always miss her, but there's peace knowing I'll see her again someday.
